My new Monday night Pilates class will start on Monday 15th September at 7.15pm at BWT Physiotherapy Centre, Church Road, Poole.

This is a one hour mat class, designed for beginner and improver level clients. Mats etc are provided so you just need to bring yourself and wear something comfortable.
