My Thursday morning class is now in the beautiful little Scouts Hut, situated in the very heart of Wimborne.

Come and join us from 11.30-12.30 to tune in to your body and mind, whilst surrounded by the beautiful sounds of nature (and the occasional lawn mower!).

We’re only about 30 seconds away from Redcotts recreation ground, with 12 acres of green open space this is the perfect place to wander to after class for some barefoot walking and some meditation
