Kerry’s classes are kept small so that she is able to give individual attention and guidance throughout.
When booking/attending a class please ensure you make Kerry aware of all medical conditions or pain, no matter how small or any other conditions that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
Mats and equipment are provided in all classes so just bring yourself and wear something comfortable. Kerry encourages bare feet particularly during class.
