Morning Pilates in Wareham

Kerry’s new morning Pilates in Wareham is at Splitz Studio, 9.30am – 10.30am on Tuesdays.

This lovely and newly refurbished dance studio is a great place to roll out your mat, work hard, stretch and then chill!

The class is taught for all ability levels, as different variations of exercises will always be given. Please get in touch with Kerry for information and to book a space.

Kerry’s Wimborne Pilates classes are held at WOW Ladies Fitness on Stone Lane. Classes are on Thursday afternoons and run from 2pm-3pm.
