Kerry went along to her first Pilates class in 2007 and has been hooked ever since. With regular practice she soon noticed a massive improvement in posture and energy levels and developed a greater self-awareness. She also realised a new found respect for how incredible our bodies are.
Following her instincts, she delved in to Pilates further by training as a Mat Work Teacher with the Pilates Foundation.
Kerry absolutely loves being able to share her passion with others and offers friendly group Pilates classes for all ages and abilities.
Her classes have an holistic approach whilst still embracing principles originally taught by Joseph Pilates.
