Kerry went along to her first Pilates class in 2007 and has been hooked ever since. With regular practice she soon noticed a massive improvement in posture and energy levels and particularly self-awareness.
This developed in to a passion and Kerry became intrigued with the human body and how amazing it is. She followed her instincts and delved in to Pilates further by training as a Pilates Mat Work Teacher with the Scott Studio.
Kerry absolutely loves being able to share her passion and offers friendly group Pilates classes for all.
Her classes have an holistic approach whilst embracing the original principles of Joseph Pilates.
